Meet the management team.
XXImo combines experience in payment, finance, technology and commercial development. Our management team turns that expertise into a scalable fleet payment business for our partners.
Martijn joined XXImo as CEO in November 2025 and serves on AutoBinck Group’s board of management. He brings two decades of experience in digital transformation, data and new business, including management roles at KPN and as CIO at Alliander.
Dennis oversees financial accounting, business control and procurement at XXImo. His background spans banking, leasing and payment, with previous roles at ING and KPMG. He holds a master’s degree in accountancy and is a Dutch certified public accountant.
Mike leads XXImo’s commercial strategy across sales, marketing and account management. Before joining XXImo, he worked on new business and partnerships at ICS.
Raphaël has been part of XXImo since its foundation in 2011. He brings more than 30 years of payment experience, including roles at Interpay and as a consultant to the Dutch banking sector. He leads XXImo’s product strategy.
